Coaching Notice.

Develope tackling (football).Venue: Casement Pk. Thursday 19th January 12, at 7.30-9.00pm.
This is an outdoor observation session, comprising games to improve tackling throughout the team.

Level 1 Hurling:
This course is only available to coaches with foundation level and child protection.
Supported by Belfast City Council, this is normally priced at £80, reduced to £10 thanks to funding from BCC. This is only available to clubs within the BCC area.

The Perfect Coaching Session: Monday 14th March 7.30pm sharp, Casement Pk.
This is an outdoor session and will look at principles guidelines and application of heart-rate analysis to monitor the intensity of training. The objective is to provide those attending with the knowledge required to devise drills/games for training.
